Emmaus News

WOW, What a great Gathering we had in May.  Must have been 300 people.  So good to see the youth represented.

• We are exploring alternate sites to hold our walks because Camp Rockfish is raising their April rates in 2013.  If you have any comments or questions, please call the Community Lay Director at 910-315-1189.
• We need help calling all community members that do not have an email address.  If you are able, please call the Community Lay Director.
• Interested in being part of Saturday night entertainment?  Call Betty Odom, 72 hour person 910-624-8319.
• Gathering Location Change !!!!!!  We'll be at 1st UMC in Laurinburg for the next several months.  Our next Gathering will be Friday June 8th at 1st UMC in Laurinburg.  Set-up/Take-down Training will begin at 7:00 pm and the Gathering will begin at 7:30pm. 
• The next Chrysalis RUSH (similar to the Emmaus Gathering) will be held Sat July 21^st at FreeWorship Church in Cheraw SC from 7pm until.  Please come out and support our youth.

Please continue the prayers for the newest members of our community from Men's Walk #69 and Women's Walk #70.
